120 super WW2 detectives on the Wirral!

September 13th, 2012 · No Comments · Fun Stuff, workshop photos

I had the great pleasure last week to deliver one of my very best Home Guard workshops to four classes in the excellent Christchurch school on the Wirral. The reason was that the pupils were so enthusiastic about learning all about the Second World War and really got stuck into investigating all the artefacts, not to mention asking some very clever questions too!
But that’s not all, because the pupils also tried their very best at all the Home Guard activities too and were a pleasure to work with from the start to the finish, leaving no stone unturned in trying to get the most out of every part of the workshop. So I just wanted to post these pictures to show other schools, but also to say a massive THANK YOU to all you brilliant Wirral pupils, for making me so welcome in school and for making it a really wonderful teaching experience.

Many many thanks to you all!

Best wishes for the rest of the topic, and I hope you like these pictures!
